An Ant and a Dove
One hot day, an ant went to a river to drink water. Suddenly, it slipped and fell into the water. The poor ant was about to drown. A kind dove sitting on a tree saw this and dropped a leaf into the water. The ant climbed onto the leaf and saved its life. After a few days, the ant saw a hunter aiming at the dove. It quickly bit the hunter’s foot. The hunter missed his aim, and the dove flew away safely. Thus, one good turn deserves another.
